Challenge: A very large manufacturer of networking products undertook a search for a pre-employment screening partner for two key reasons. First, the system it had in place internally was paper-intensive, time-consuming and highly costly. Additionally, the manufacturer found difficulty in coordinating all of its worldwide locations, and the resources it had to screen all vendors, contractors and manufacturers were limited in capability.
