Cisco Background Screening Program

Cisco requires all Contingent Workers to undergo a Cisco approved background screening in order to gain access to Cisco's property and systems. Beginning August 2023, all background screenings that require review, are to be adjudicated for clearance by the Supplier. The guide is available to account users and can be found in ‘My Documents’ located under the ‘Screening Manager’ tab. Yes, you need to register for a new supplier account to be compliant with the Sponsor’s specific company requirements which includes pre-defined packages and products. These requirements may be different than your standalone account with Hireright or any other EWS sponsor program.

As the supplier, invoices will be sent to your company directly and you will be responsible for payment. You may work with HireRight regarding how you would like to remit payment.

No – the package components, settings and services are determined by the vendor program. If you have questions about those services or the packages, please reach out to your vendor program owner. Customer Service cannot update or alter individual vendor packages or services, it is set at the program level and consistent across all vendors in the program.
