__Transitioning to HireRight Global__

- On the day of your move, HireRight Global will become your single platform for all new background screening requests. This means that you will only be able to place new orders for screening services in HireRight Global. It will not be possible to order services from your existing PRIVI account from this day onwards.
- From the 31 December 2024, you will no longer be able to access details of orders in PRIVI (please note that this system will not accept new screenings after 22 November 2024). To continue to access these orders, you will need to download them and save them as PDFs. If you do this, please be mindful not to save NPCS police check results as provided in candidate certificates. This is to ensure compliance with the requirements of the National Police Checking Service.
- Until the orders on your existing PRIVI account are finalised, you will receive two invoices: one for those orders initiated on PRIVI prior to your migration, and one for new orders placed on HireRight Global.

__Countdown to your new background screening platform__

- Look out for your activation email. This will contain a new URL, temporary password and a new username (which will be your company email address that we have on file). When you log in, you will be asked to change your temporary password. Getting started is as simple as that.
- Once you are set up on HireRight Global, all new orders will be placed on that platform. 
- If you processed an order just before your migration, results will appear on PRIVI as usual. Any orders awaiting candidate information will be cancelled on the 29 November 2024 and can be reinstated via the HireRight Global System. All orders already in progress on the day of your move will continue to be processed up until 20 December 2024. Any incomplete checks will be cancelled.
